Dabeli Making | Gujarati Fast Food | Street Food India.

Dabeli or Kutchi Dabeli or Double Roti originally derived its name fromDevnagari language. It is a street side snack food item widely available in various parts of India, originating actually in the Kutch region of Gujarat. It is a spicy snack item made by mixing boiled potatoes with a Dabeli masala and putting the mixture between pav (burger bun) and served with chutneys made from tamarind, date, garlic, red chillies etc. and garnished with pomegranate and roasted peanuts. Dabeli Making is very easy.
